How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and undamaged items. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging with all protective films intact.

Are WAVwatch timepieces water-resistant?

Yes, most of our watches feature a 5ATM water resistance rating, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but are not suitable for high-pressure diving.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Every WAVwatch purchase includes a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.

Can I adjust the strap size myself?

Our mesh and leather straps are easily adjustable. For link bracelets, we include a complimentary sizing tool and instructions in the box so you can achieve the perfect fit at home.
