Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original WAVwatch box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
